Levelland School Resource Officer (SRO)

The Levelland Police Department has two officers who share the responsibility as School Resource Officer; Officer Brian Haralson and Officer Cory Foley.

The job of SRO is to be a liaison between the School District and the Police Department. The officers get to know the students and they get to know the officers. They alternate their time between the high school and middle school, but their presence is also made at the rest of the schools within the City. They also do safety and awareness training at all city schools. The SRO is a great asset to the Department and School District.
