How do I set up water service for my home or rental property?
Our requirements are:
• We request one working day's notice to activate service.
• A deposit of $75.00 for Inside City Limits, and $105.00 for outside City Limits is required for a house, condominium or townhouse. The deposit must be paid before service is activated.
o If you are renting at the service address, you must come in to our offices and make your deposit, unless you have had previous service with us in the last two years.
o If you are the owner of the service address, you must come in to our offices and make your deposit. If you are unable to visit our office, you can request to activate your service in writing.
• If you have had previous service with us in the last two years, you can request service by calling the City Hall at (806) 894-0113, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed weekends and holidays).
